Activités de Recherche

Nos activités de recherche se concentrent sur l’évaluation de nouveaux algorithmes et sur le développement de nouvelles procédures pour le contrôle de qualité de nouveaux traitements. Nous avons une collaboration étroite par le biais d’une convention avec le Département de Radiothérapie de Namur (CMSE, Namur) avec comme but la mise en route de nouveaux types de traitement. Nous avons aussi un programme de recherche avec la firme Varian (Varian Medical Systems, Finlande) et avec la firme PTW (PTW, Allemagne). Plus récemment nous avons développé des nouveaux fantômes et des procédures de CQ pour des thérapies rotationnels ; nous avons étudié de nouveaux algorithmes de distribution de dose et nous avons développé des procédures de CQ pour des traitements stéréotactiques.
